Hosted annually since 2006 in the quiet Smoky Mountain Town of Townsend Tennessee – (Just outside of Pigeon Forge).
This four day event –  is the world’s largest bronco enthusiast gathering.
On site activities, daily drives, awards, product giveaways, and much more.

GEORGIA BRONCOS POKER RUN. $20 PER GAME CARD
A fun way to contribute to the Georgia Bronco Club and win some great gifts. Get a
game card and collect playing cards all week at area and event locations. Join the
Friday night food, fun, and festivities where the cards are opened and the best hands
win!
BATTLE OF THE BRONCOS. $25 TO ENTER A BRONCO
Enter to have your Bronco on display Saturday from 10 am – 2 pm. Recognition for all
Generations of Broncos. Awards and prizes. Must be an event registered Bronco to sign
up.
SWAP MEETS SPACES $100. Small 20 X 30 Tent Space
$200 Large Truck and Trailer Space

VISITORS ON SITE PARKING IS $10 Per Vehicle per day

WHAT IS NEW?
1. PRE REGISTRATION ‘FAST PASS’ – If you pre register by April 4 2025 your
Show field credentials and information package will be mailed to you. You will
be able to get into the show field and by pass the need to stop to pick up your
package. This will greatly expedite your arrival.
2. NO GENERAL SHOW-N-SHINE – If you want to have your Bronco judged you
will have to register, pay, and enter Saturdays ‘Battle of the Broncos’
3. NO GOLF CARTS ON CITY STREETS OR BIKE PATHS -You will get ticketed!
If you need a golf cart at the event you can unload it at the event center and
keep it on site all week. You can commute with a street legal UTV.
4. LIKE LAST YEAR – NO TRUCK AND TRAILERS WILL BE ALLOWED ACCESS
INTO THE TOWNSEND VISITORS CENTER! There is no space. Free Truck
& Trailer parking at the Talley Ho Inn – 1/2 mile down the road.

Please secure your trailer. You will need to pick up your parking permit sticker at registration.

VENDORS AREA AND VISITORS PARKING GATE IS OPEN:
WEDNESDAY – SATURDAY 8-5
BRONCO ACCESS GATE FOR REGISTERED BRONCOS WILL BE OPEN TUESDAY
from 9-6 and WEDS- FRIDAY from 8 a.m. – 9 P.M. GATES ARE LOCKED at 10
p.m. – NO one will be able to get a Bronco in or out until 7 AM – GATES are NOT
locked on Saturday night.
YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET YOUR BRONCO IN OR OUT AFTER HOURS!

PARKING IN THE SHOW FIELD – When parking your Bronco in the show field –
please stay in marked rows. You can have space BEHIND your Bronco for a pop up
canopy tent.
CLUB SPECIAL PARKING – There will be special Club Parking areas set up. Find your
club or get involved with your areas club. They may have special drives and activities.

POP UP TENTS – If you set up a pop up – There can be evening winds. Be sure to
fasten your tent well when you leave – as well as other small paper items. Please
secure it or remove the canopy at night.
DO NOT REMOVE OTHER PEOPLES SPACE MARKINGS.
NO Overnight camping or staying in the Townsend Visitors Center show grounds.
All guests must be off the premises at lock down! ON Site Security 24 Hours

PART SALES ON SHOW FIELD -Your welcome to sell products from your Bronco
within your space. If you need more space you will need to move to the swap meet
area. NO TRUCKS, TRAILERS, OR OTHER VEHICLES OTHER THAN A BRONCO
WILL BE ALLOWED ON SHOW FIELD TO DROP OFF PARTS – YOU MUST HAVE
ALL THE PARTS TO SELL TRANSPORTED IN YOUR BRONCO

FIRES: No Open Fires !

TRASH – Help keep the grounds and area clean – Use the trash cans.

DOGS – Are welcome but there is a leash requirement and please pick up after your
animal.

ALL VISITORS PLEASE NOTE – SMOKY MOUNTAIN PARK IT FORWARD
Vehicles are welcome to enter and exit the national park without paying a fee. The
parking fee is strictly for vehicles that are going to be parking at the visitor centers,
Cades Cove, trailheads, and other popular spots in the park.
These are available for all vehicle sizes and types. Visitors will be able to purchase the
parking tags online or onsite. Also, parking tags will not be required for motorists
who pass through the area or who park for less than 15 minutes.
Effective March 1, 2023 there are three options for parking tags for visitors.
Parking Tag Fees:
Daily – $5
• Up to 7 Days – $15
• Annual – $40
Tags can be purchased at the areas visitors centers including on site at the
Townsend Visitors center or on line at : www. recreation.gov

(Bring any Diecast / Mangler /RC/ Mini Bronco / 6V or any other tiny or rideable
Bronco to the booth for fun, show-n-shine and more. Prizes awards and More.
Fun for all ages! Children must be accompanied by an adult.)

SPECIAL OUTDOOR AT THE SMOKIES OFF ROAD PARK –
Tour For the adventurous

OFF ROAD PARK – This is a small Off road park 45 miles (1 Hour) away. Hills, Valleys,
and various levels of moderate terrain. Reserved just for Broncos. This will be a guided
tour through the Off road Park led by experienced driver. About 4 Hours of off roading .
LIMITED NUMBER EACH DAY
A lead driver will leave from show field to the park at 8:30 A M. Wednesday – Friday.
Park Prices : Driver $50.00 Additional riders over 15 Years old $20.00 15-under -NC
