We must be crazy! We are giving away Orange Crush?

It seems like just yesterday when John and I upgraded our pens and pencils for power tools and parts in an effort to build our Early Bronco Project. Believe it or not it was over six years and 33 issues ago when we began this beast. When we started out the goal was to build "Crush" to be "a trail rig that can handle the rocks, the mud, the logs, and navigate the F4 trails but also be street legal if possible" (our motto quoted from issue #6). With a lot of readers advice, great vendor products, and a host of other helpers along the way (most of all Rob Rapier at Rob's Offroad), WE DID IT! I know many of you have followed the project stories, sharing our pain and sometimes even humiliation along the way. But in the end Project "Orange Crush" turned into one nice multi-function Bronco rig (click here for the items added to it). We have accomplished what we set out to do - so what is next?

Bronco Driver publishes issues every other month and we want to keep fresh and new Bronco tech and product testing coming - so we feel it is time for a new vehicle to creep into the project pages of our great publication. As always we want your input. Do we do a EB stocker restoration? Do we do a modern Bronco build? Or do we just feature random tech build ups?

We can not stand to see Broncos parked in the barn, garage, or shop... Crush included. So in an effort to pass on this enjoyment, love and passion we want to find a new home for our Project 'Orange Crush'. We wanted to come up with a way that anyone could be the next owner and driver of 'Crush' no matter how small their Bronco budget. We have teamed up with fellow Bronco lovers JakeBreak4Kids to help us make it happen. Raffle tickets will be available now thru April 17, 2010 were a winner will be drawn at Bronco Driver Magazine's SuperCelebration V. Tickets are available for $20 each or 3 for $50 with a portion of the proceeds going to JakeBreak4Kids cause. Isn't it worth $20 to possibly win this famous Bronco?
